- Complaints management (creation or evaluation of 8D reports and tracking of corrective actions)
- Analysis of occurring quality problems under consideration of the usual QM methods (8D, FMEA, Pareto, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and development of corrective actions
- Production process and product release (PPF, PPAP)
- Execution of internal audits (process and product audits)

Your Profile
- Successfully completed technical studies or comparable technical training with several years of professional experience
- Ideally additional qualification as process auditor VDA 6.3
- Knowledge in the implementation of QM Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA,
FMEA, SPC) - Experience in the automotive supply industry or food technology
- Problem solving skills, high commitment, independence and flexibility

Apprentice - Process mechanic for plastics technology
The tasks of the process mechanic for plastics technology include operating our state-of-the-art plastics injection molding machines and the associated automation systems. You will set up, commission, monitor and maintain our equipment. Apprentice - tool mechanic specializing in mold technology
The tasks of the tool mechanic include the manufacture, assembly, maintenance and repair of plastic injection molds as well as gauges and jigs. They work according to design drawings in the range of a few hundredths of a millimeter. You will operate state-of-the-art production machines such as HSC milling machines (HSC= High Speed Cutting), eroding machines, etc. Handling measuring and testing equipment is also part of your daily tasks. Computer-aided manufacturing is standard at FWB Kunststofftechnik GmbH. Our tool mechanics also work consistently with CAD-CAM systems.
