We use highly precise measuring equipment (3D coordinate measuring machine an optical measuring equipment) for quality control of our injection moulding tools and mouldings and their subsequent release which meet international standards. For this purpose we use CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines of Zeiss. Our standard equipment also includes an optical profile projector as well as a tension / compression testing machine to measure force progression. For our serial tests, we also use user-optimized special testing machines (which we produce ourselves) for measuring and statistical evaluation. Our qualified staff work according to international standards such as, for instance, IATF 16949:2016. You can download our current certificate in our Download area.
